Dear colleagues and members of the global martial arts community,

The International Federation of Associations RUKBO (IFAR) is pleased to officially announce the establishment of a new international sports federation dedicated to the development and promotion of hand-to-hand combat and martial arts worldwide.

IFAR is an open and inclusive sports organization, uniting national federations, associations, clubs, athletes, coaches, and sports professionals who share common values — fair play, respect for traditions, professionalism, and sporting integrity.

We would be honored to welcome new national federations and organizations as members of our international association. IFAR is open to cooperation with all partners who are committed to the sustainable development of hand-to-hand combat and martial arts at the international level.

Our mission is to:

support the development of hand-to-hand combat as a modern and dynamic sport;

promote unity and international cooperation within the martial arts community;

protect sporting principles, traditions, and professional ethics;

create opportunities for athletes and federations to grow, compete, and succeed globally.
